(Frou-Frou is a French word describing the sound of the many petticoats worn as the lady enters the room.)

The all-cotton gown has over 40 yards of ruffling in the train and the skirt is designed with a wonderful circular flounce. The blouson bodice has many tucks and an inset of hand-crochet at the neckline and collar. The leg-o-mutton sleeves are embellished with tiny tucks and hand-crochet cuffs.

Her Victorian hat features a hand-crochet crown with silk roses and sets off the gown beautifully.
